All of our products are made from cardboard. They are designed in Canada and manufactured in China. 

We get so excited to share our upcoming products with you that we normally launch these new products as "Pre-Order".

So many of our customers are eager to see what new products are coming in store soon - the "Pre-Order" period allows you to buy our newest products in advance and at an introductory/discounted price. The shipment date is included within the product's description to let you know when you can expect to receive them!

It's also a great way to show your support of our small business!

Yes, a limited collection of our products are available on Amazon.com and Amazon.ca 

Our products are designed for children aged 5 years old and younger, however, people of all ages can take advantage of our products when learning a second language.

Here are the ideal age groups for each product:

• Opposites at the Bazaar Puzzles (Bilingual) - 3 to 5-year-olds

For our Canadian and US customers, we offer tracked flat rate shipping of $5. You qualify for Free Shipping if your order total is atleast $50. Please select the appropriate shipping option during checkout.

We also offer tracked discounted flat rate shipping for our customers in the UK, Singapore, Australia, New Zealand, and South Africa.

NOTE: Our products are shipped from Canada and may be subject to customs duties, fees, and/or taxes (not included in the product price or our shipping and handling fee). All taxes, duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. Your order will be processed after your payment is authorized and verified. To limit contact during the pandemic, we currently ship once weekly, typically on Mondays. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for more details.

Normal delivery time estimates:

• Canada: 4 to 8 business days
• US: 5 to 10 business days
• International: 10 to 25 business days

NOTE: These delivery timeframes are only an estimate and your order may be further delayed due to the additional restrictions (due to COVID-19).

ADDITIONAL NOTE: Customs may also hold your package for further screenings. We do not have any information regarding this process and would not be able to determine the release date.

If you are based in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and would like to pick up your order, place your order through our website and select "Local Pickup" during Checkout. We will then contact you to arrange a suitable day/time for pickup.
