Both our books and blocks are made from cardboard (and are sturdy). They can be cleaned with a damp cloth.
All our products are designed in Canada and manufactured in China.
We get so excited to share our upcoming products with you, so we normally launch these new products as "Pre-Order".
So many of our customers are eager to see what new products are coming in store soon - the "Pre-Order" period allows you to buy our newest products in advance and at an introductory/discounted price. The shipment date is included within the product's description to let you know when you can expect to receive them!
It's also a great way to show your support of our small business!
Our products are mainly designed for kids within the age bracket of 0-10 yrs old.
You may cancel your order before it is shipped. However, once the package has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. Please email us right away if you placed an order and would like to cancel it.
At this time, we do not offer exchanges and/or returns. All sales are final.
If you are unhappy with a purchase or have any issues with the products, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try our best to resolve it.
For our Canadian and US customers, we offer tracked flat rate shipping of $5. You qualify for Free Shipping if your order total is atleast $50. Please select the appropriate shipping option during checkout.
We also offer tracked flat rate shipping for our customers in the UK for 5 GBP.
NOTE: Our products are shipped from Canada and may be subject to customs duties, fees, and/or taxes (not included in the product price or our shipping and handling fee). All taxes, duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. For more information regarding your country's customs policies, please contact your local customs office.
Your order will be processed after your payment is authorized and verified. To limit contact during the pandemic, we currently ship once weekly, typically on Mondays.
Normal delivery time estimates:
- Canada: 4 to 8 business days
- US: 5 to 10 business days
- UK: 10 to 20 business days
NOTE: These delivery timeframes are only an estimate and your order may be further delayed due to the additional restrictions (due to COVID-19).
ADDITIONAL NOTE: Customs may also hold your package for further screenings. We do not have any information regarding this process and would not be able to determine the release date.
We are not responsible for incomplete deliveries that have occurred due to the following:
- Lost, stolen, or misplaced packages after the package has been shipped by us.
- Wrong shipping address provided by the customer.
- Incorrect contact information (phone/email address) provided by customer for customs, in order to clear packages.
- Refusal to pay customs, fees, and/or duties by the customer.
